Withdrawal Period​

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

Please ensure that the goods are unworn, in their original packaging, and include all tags.

Right of Withdrawal​

​

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

​

• you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more items in a single order and they are delivered together;

• you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple items in a single order and they are delivered separately;

• you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the last partial shipment or piece, if you ordered goods delivered in multiple shipments or parts.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal​

​

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal​

​

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

​

• for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

• for the delivery of goods that may spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;

• for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion, but which can only be delivered at least 30 days later and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the seller’s control;

• for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated publications, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

• for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;

• for the delivery of goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;

• for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
