General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
§ 1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop of:

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
§ 2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” button, you submit a binding purchase offer.
The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.
§ 3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT (where applicable).
Shipping costs vary depending on destination country and shipping method. They are transparently displayed during the ordering process.

§ 4. Payment

§ 5. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.
§ 7. Return Costs in Case of Withdrawal
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If the goods arrive damaged or defective, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
§ 8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects in the delivered goods, you have the right to supplementary performance (repair or replacement).
If this fails, you may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.
§ 9. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as under the provisions of the Product Liability Act.
In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
Liability is then limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract at the time of conclusion.
§ 10. Storage of Contract Text
We do not store the contract text. However, you can access your order details via the confirmation email after placing your order.
§ 11. Language and Applicable Law
The contract language is German. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which you reside remain unaffected.
§ 12. Alternative Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
